We’re happy to announce a masterclass with Ellie on Saturday 28 Sept 2.00p in NYC. This is a chance to present a song you are preparing for performance for feedback and also get some useful exercises to build and maintain your technique!
The class will start with a 20 minute warm up and exercise regimen, which participants are encouraged to record. These warm ups will deal with a lot of common issues in vocal technique and warm your voice up for the session.
Each participant will have the chance to perform their song in front of the class and Ellie will work with each person for 20 minutes to improve their delivery. Ellie may prescribe a certain additional vocal exercise and go over certain points in the song to help deliver the song to your best advantage. You are encouraged to record your performance to go over later if you wish!

- Come prepared to sing one song or cut from memory
- Please send a copy of your sheet music to Hazel by Wed 18 Sept at the latest. If you miss this deadline, no big, we can get a backing track for you but we’ll need your song title and composer/artist to do so.

We will be at 244 Rehearsal (244 W 54th Street – room number will be sent the day before the class.)
